a Human Resource Manager that guidesand manages the overall provision of Human
Resources services, policies, strategicissues,operations and programs for the
entire company,
Requirements,Recruitment, selection and placement of
employees to fill vacant positions.,
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee
relations issues.,
Responds to inquiries regarding Human Resources
policies,procedures and,programs.,
Responsible for Performance management and improvement
systems.,
Employee orientation,development,and training to foster
positive attitude to the,company.,
Policy development and documentation.,
Compensation and benefit administration.,
Employee safety,welfare,wellness,and health.,
Employee services,counselling and compliances.,
Responsible for the terminations, promotions, demotion,
performance review,,safety,and sexual harassment of employees within the
company.,
Writes and delivers presentations to all staff regarding
human resources policies,and practices.,
Develops and maintains a human resources systems that meets
top,management information needs.,
Supervising all the support staff and provide guidance on
day to day office,operations.,
Building and maintaining a live employee directory with all
key information(,contacts,photos,referees,birthdays,anniversaries),
Ensure effective use of office resources,Prepare and guide
heads of departments on the
usage of employees,requisition forms for required vacant
positions,
Prepare job adverts for circulation through right channels
including,communication with Recruitment agencies.,
Requirements,Scheduling,Attending and recording
performance appraisals,
Capable of using the HRM software system (preferably ARUTI)
and focus on
people management by streamlining all workforce software
into one business
intelligent solution.
Ensure that all staff have up to date signed contracts
Accurate and timely payroll updates for employee payment.
Administration of the Leave Plans,Rotation Schemes,Health
and Safety
Programs,Permits,Uniforms.
Provide guidance and counsel to employees on employee
relations issues andworkplace practices
·Experience with Human Resources Information System(HRIS)
Education level required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Law or a
related field,
such as business management or finance,to qualify for this
higher-level role
Working Experience
·3-5 years of experience in progressively responsible human
resource roles.
·3+years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee
Relations.
·2+years of experience in a supervisory role.
·bachelor's degree in business,marketing or a related field
